Hi, I’m Darren, a designer and creative maker based in Glasgow.

I work across photography, film and creative production, building sets, making props and helping turn ideas into physical environments. Whether it’s fabricating a single prop or transforming a studio into a complete set, I enjoy the practical challenge of bringing creative concepts to life.

Before launching Darren Wilson Works, I spent over 15 years running an award-winning sustainable product design business. That experience taught me how to develop ideas from concept through to production, solve problems creatively and deliver ambitious projects on time.

Today I collaborate with photographers, brands, agencies and production teams, providing hands-on support from planning and fabrication through to installation and shoot day.

I’m always interested in projects that combine design, making and storytelling.
